Job Summary

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and develop a strong understanding of the automotive industry in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain constant communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and client needs
  • Develop knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements while supporting the Account Management team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
