Account Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the OEM FordDirect Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will assist with client communications, manage deliverables, and contribute to integrated marketing strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology platform, Apollo
• Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings to document discussions and action items
• Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and proactively address client needs and questions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive marketing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
