Job Summary
To support the OEM FordDirect Team, the entry-level, full-time, salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and maintain a working knowledge of the automotive industry while working remotely from within the continental U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables' status
- Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and resolve client questions in a timely manner
- Develop a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and support the Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive marketing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and take ownership of projects
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
