Account Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the OEM FordDirect Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will assist with client communications, manage deliverables, and develop a strong understanding of the automotive industry while working remotely from within the continental U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology platform, Apollo
• Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings, documenting discussions and deliverables
• Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables' status and support the resolution of client inquiries and production issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience, with agency experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive marketing or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner
