Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the entry-level Account Coordinator will assist with client communications, support account management processes, and maintain knowledge of the automotive industry while ensuring timely deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain communication with account teams regarding deliverables and resolve client inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
