Job Summary
To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and develop knowledge of the automotive industry while working remotely within the Continental U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain communication with account teams on deliverable statuses and resolve client inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive marketing or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms
