Job Summary
To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and develop a working knowledge of the automotive industry while working remotely within the Continental U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meeting discussions
- Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Develop knowledge of clients' goals and ensure effective organization of deliverables for successful campaign outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
