Job Summary
To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will collaborate with Regional Account Directors and production teams to manage client communications, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain a strong understanding of the automotive industry while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
- Maintain communication with account teams regarding deliverables and resolve client inquiries promptly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus under pressure
