Job Summary

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time salaried Account Coordinator will manage client communications, assist with deliverables, and maintain a working knowledge of the automotive industry while working remotely within the Continental U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Attain working knowledge of account management processes and integrated strategies
  • Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain communication with account teams regarding deliverables and client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive agency or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
