Account Coordinator
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the entry-level Account Coordinator will support Regional Account Managers and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely deliverables while developing a strong understanding of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology platform, Apollo
- Assist in preparing Customer Success documents and participate in Client meetings, documenting discussions and action items
- Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables and proactively address Client questions and needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with agency experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
