Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for their OEM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation of customer success documents and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain communication with account teams and resolve client questions and needs
  • Update and maintain clients' consumer portals and support account management team with additional tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized
  • Ability to proactively take ownership of projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
