• Assist and educate customers on AssuriCare's services via inbound calls
• Gather information and perform accurate data entry in the proprietary system
• Deliver exceptional customer service while complying with performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Must pass background screening and drug test
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work location required
