Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exterior Account Coordinator - Vendor Management / Client Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees client accounts and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manages customer issues and supports vendor sourcing to enhance profitability
  • Utilizes various customer portals and proprietary technology to identify procedural issues and share best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years in an account coordinator role, preferably in exterior services or a service-related field
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong background in managing high customer/client contact situations
