Job Summary
A company is looking for an Exterior Account Coordinator - Vendor Management / Client Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees client accounts and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Manages customer issues and supports vendor sourcing to enhance profitability
- Utilizes various customer portals and proprietary technology to identify procedural issues and share best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in an account coordinator role, preferably in exterior services or a service-related field
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong background in managing high customer/client contact situations
