Job Summary

Providing seamless support to clients, the part-time hourly Account Coordinator for EVV will manage inquiries, offer training, and ensure compliance with the Electronic Visit Verification and Facility systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients using the EVV and Facility platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Provide training and guidance on platform usage, tools, and processes to clients, caregivers, and home care agencies
  • Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and ensure compliance with customer support objectives
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a positive, customer-first attitude
