Key Responsibilities
- Oversees client accounts and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Manages customer issues and supports vendor sourcing to enhance profitability
- Utilizes various customer portals and proprietary technology to carry out essential functions
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in an account coordinator role, preferably in exterior services
- High level of customer/client contact experience is essential
