Account Coordinator, Mass & Grocery

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, Mass & Grocery to support its retail business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own weekly POS reporting across Mass and Grocery accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Track performance against forecasts and budgets, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively
• Maintain retailer systems and tools, supporting onboarding and account maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account coordination or sales support within Mass and/or Grocery retail
• Direct hands-on experience with Walmart and familiarity with Retail Link/Supplier systems
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, capable of managing large data sets and reporting files
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and building processes in ambiguous situations
