Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for their OEM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation of Account Service documents and manage client communications
  • Create and manage creative assets and deliverables for clients
  • Maintain communication with Account Teams and resolve client questions and needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Automotive agency or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize, be flexible, and maintain focus under pressure
