Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Account Coordinator, Repo will support the Repo Team by managing client interactions, facilitating recovery processes, and ensuring accurate reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer service and provide strong telephone support to clients and recovery vendors
- Review and process incoming recoveries, ensuring timely follow-up on fee approvals and voluntary assignments
- Act as a liaison between clients and recovery agents, monitoring accounts and addressing client requests related to recovery operations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing preferred
- Proficiency in using Google applications such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
