Account Creation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Creation Specialist to assist with customer onboarding for Direct to Home Sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails from internal employees
• Troubleshoot sales tools and applications
• Assist with questions regarding standard sales processes

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
• Current employees must meet department performance expectations and have been in their position for a minimum of 9 months
