Job Summary
Owning client-specific delivery quality and standards across a Strategic Account in the Automotive & Industrials business unit, the full-time Account Delivery Lead will create, document, and enforce processes while auditing projects to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Create and document client-specific account standards and processes for project management
- Audit projects for compliance with established standards and escalate issues as necessary
- Report on delivery quality and compliance to industry leadership regularly
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of project and program delivery experience with a focus on defining processes
- Demonstrated experience in creating and documenting delivery standards and methodologies
- Experience in auditing delivery work and driving remediation efforts
- Ability to manage client-driven requirements across a multi-project account
- Strong written communication skills to ensure clarity of standards for delivery teams
