Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Delivery Manager, Lead SRE.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Application Support and SRE outsourcing contracts for a Fortune 100 client
Govern account performance, client engagement, and oversee technical delivery teams
Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage overall P&L for the account

Required Qualifications

Engineering or similar advanced educational degree
Minimum of 12+ years of work experience in Application Support and SRE services
Proven track record in client relationship management and account governance
Experience managing globally distributed technical delivery teams
Strong understanding of automation-led infrastructure delivery and ITIL processes
