Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Delivery Manager, Lead SRE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Application Support and SRE outsourcing contracts for a Fortune 100 client
  • Govern account performance, client engagement, and oversee technical delivery teams
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage overall P&L for the account
Required Qualifications
  • Engineering or similar advanced educational degree
  • Minimum of 12+ years of work experience in Application Support and SRE services
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and account governance
  • Experience managing globally distributed technical delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of automation-led infrastructure delivery and ITIL processes
