Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Delivery Manager, Lead SRE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Application Support and SRE outsourcing contracts for a Fortune 100 client
- Govern account performance, client engagement, and oversee technical delivery teams
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage overall P&L for the account
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or similar advanced educational degree
- Minimum of 12+ years of work experience in Application Support and SRE services
- Proven track record in client relationship management and account governance
- Experience managing globally distributed technical delivery teams
- Strong understanding of automation-led infrastructure delivery and ITIL processes
