Job Summary
Managing a multi-year Application Support and SRE outsourcing engagement for a Fortune 100 client, the full-time Account Delivery Manager will oversee client governance, team performance, and financial metrics while driving innovations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Govern and represent the account in client forums and reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Lead globally distributed technical delivery teams across various programs and infrastructure services, focusing on customer success and contractual commitments
- Manage overall P&L for the account, driving cost optimization initiatives and collaborating with sales to grow the account globally
Required qualifications
- Engineering or similar advanced educational degree
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in account management and delivery of Application Support and SRE solutions
- Proven track record in managing large-scale outsourcing contracts with a focus on client satisfaction and financial metrics
- Experience with automation-led infrastructure delivery and ITIL processes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships at the CIO and department head levels
