Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Upsell products to smaller customers and manage the upsell pipeline
- Identify efficiencies in the upsell process and propose creative strategies
- Provide expert-level support and simplify complex concepts for customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years work experience; 1 year in a client-facing role preferred
- Experience in B2B software/SaaS and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Passionate about sales and relationship-focused customer engagements
