Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Development to grow and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives and effectively close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on coaching and teach foundational sales skills to the team
- Leverage data to make informed business decisions aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy
- Promote a culture of sales excellence, foster collaboration, and engage in problem-solving during team meetings
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience leading a ADR/SDR/BDR team in a SaaS environment
- Experience driving a SaaS deal cycle as an Account Executive
- Proven track record of helping individual contributors achieve targets
- Experience screening, interviewing, and hiring entry-level sales candidates
- Comfortable navigating technology stack and experience with Salesforce
