Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase market awareness, sales, and profitability by generating new Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance new account penetration and schedule meetings
  • Maintain CRM activities, generate reports, and research accounts to identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Pre/inside sales experience or related experience communicating with potential clients
  • Familiarity with maintaining and managing a customer relationship database
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
  • West Coast location preferred
