Job Summary

Driving revenue growth from existing customers, the remote Manager of Account Development will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Development Executives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach, hire, mentor, and manage the performance of the Account Development team
  • Develop training programs for future leaders and top performers within the company
  • Track team metrics and report data and forecasts to leadership regularly
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or upsell experience in a closing role
  • At least 2 years of management experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills for decision-making
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with forecasting processes
