Job Summary
Driving revenue growth from existing customers, the remote Manager of Account Development will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Development Executives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outreach strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, hire, mentor, and manage the performance of the Account Development team
- Develop training programs for future leaders and top performers within the company
- Track team metrics and report data and forecasts to leadership regularly
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or upsell experience in a closing role
- At least 2 years of management experience preferred
- Strong data analysis skills for decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with forecasting processes
