Job Summary
To support business growth, the hybrid remote Account Development Manager will manage client relationships, drive opportunity progression, and ensure accurate pipeline management while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Business Unit Executives (BUE) and Client Leaders (CL) to fill the pipeline with opportunities
- Drive the progression of opportunities and support assigned accounts in delivery and account expansion
- Participate in the development of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing while ensuring operational processes are followed
Required qualifications
- Ability to learn the sales process and sales management tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Capability to organize delivery documents, including status reports
- Understanding of VSO's offerings and client engagement strategies
