Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Own account-based prospecting activities and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers
- Manage inbound lead qualification and support growth in designated territory coverage
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology
- Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections
- Expertise in value-based prospecting, account mapping, and lead development
- Proficiency with sales technologies such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
