Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, educate, and upsell existing business through outbound calls and multiple touchpoints
- Conduct consultative meetings with clients to position solutions and renew contracts
- Exceed sales goals and maintain customer information within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B
- Proven track record of achievement in sales
- Trained in consultative/value-based selling
- Technically savvy, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
