Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, educate, and upsell existing business through outbound calls and multiple touchpoints
  • Conduct consultative meetings with clients to position solutions and renew contracts
  • Exceed sales goals and maintain customer information within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales
  • Trained in consultative/value-based selling
  • Technically savvy, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
