Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new outbound prospects across target markets and accounts
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build custom account-based plans and share findings from outbound engagement
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar GTM role in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
