Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new outbound prospects across target markets and accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build custom account-based plans and share findings from outbound engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar GTM role in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
