Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Development Representative (ADR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy for high-value accounts
  • Conduct deep research and develop personalized outreach for targeted accounts
  • Manage high-value inbound leads and ensure quality control for lead conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Account Development, Sales Development, or Business Development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or related technology field is preferred
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach to metrics
