Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Development Representative (ADR).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy for high-value accounts
- Conduct deep research and develop personalized outreach for targeted accounts
- Manage high-value inbound leads and ensure quality control for lead conversion
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Account Development, Sales Development, or Business Development
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or related technology field is preferred
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach to metrics
