Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative II (Industrial Automation).
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate first customer interactions and conduct the initial front end of the sales process to identify sales opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources and ensure seamless customer hand-off
- Generate opportunities through outreach campaigns using various communication methods
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of inside sales experience with small, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Experience in growing existing accounts and qualifying new business prospects
- Engineering or technical background is beneficial but not required
- Working knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Outreach is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop new account targets
