Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative II (Industrial Automation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate first customer interactions and conduct the initial front end of the sales process to identify sales opportunities
  • Coordinate internal resources and ensure seamless customer hand-off
  • Generate opportunities through outreach campaigns using various communication methods
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience with small, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Experience in growing existing accounts and qualifying new business prospects
  • Engineering or technical background is beneficial but not required
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Outreach is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop new account targets
