Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative (ADR) to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue
  • Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Desire to transition into an Account Executive role within 6 months
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for business development and client management
  • Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo
