Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Account Development Representative who will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and develop strong product knowledge to drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop inbound and outbound sales campaigns and set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management and nurture early-phase opportunities
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas while building relationships with marketing and Account Executives
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to prospect, cold-call, and follow up on leads with a hunter mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening
  • Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products
