Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Account Development Representative who will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and develop strong product knowledge to drive customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop inbound and outbound sales campaigns and set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management and nurture early-phase opportunities
- Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas while building relationships with marketing and Account Executives
Required qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
- A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Ability to prospect, cold-call, and follow up on leads with a hunter mentality
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening
- Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products
