Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences targeting HR and People leaders at SMBs
  • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives with detailed context
  • Close small deals sourced personally, managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-focused sales role
  • Proficiency in cold calling and personalized communication
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools and their application in sales workflows
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable to performance metrics
