Job Summary

As a key contributor to the sales pipeline, the full-time remote Account Development Representative will focus on lead qualification and outbound prospecting, managing account-based activities to generate qualified meetings and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead qualification to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Generate prospecting campaigns to identify target accounts and engage key business stakeholders
  • Manage inbound leads and provide proactive sales development coverage through various communication channels
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections effectively
  • Expertise in value-based prospecting and sales qualification techniques
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing technologies, including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and adaptability to changing environments
