Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement, the remote Account Development Representative will aggressively prospect new business leads, manage client relationships using HubSpot CRM, and collaborate with teams to align solutions with client needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for business development and client management
  • Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to engage in high-level conversations with a strong EQ and IQ
