Job Summary
To support the Sales TIA organization, the full-time Account Development Representative II will proactively generate leads through outreach campaigns, conduct research, and collaborate with regional teams to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate customer interactions and conduct the initial sales process to identify opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources for seamless customer hand-offs and follow up on target account activities
- Execute outreach strategies through various channels to build interest in products and services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of inside sales experience with small, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Experience in growing existing accounts and qualifying new business prospects
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships and open doors within organizations
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational skills
