Job Summary

Engaging C-level and Director-level contacts, the full-time Account Development Representative will qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects, driving pipeline for the Sales team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify leads to drive pipeline and collaborate with Sales on account planning
  • Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and deliver consistent monthly performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in software sales, business development, or inside sales
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Comfortable engaging with executives in mid-market and enterprise organizations
