Job Summary
Engaging C-level and Director-level contacts, the full-time Account Development Representative will qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects, driving pipeline for the Sales team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify leads to drive pipeline and collaborate with Sales on account planning
- Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and deliver consistent monthly performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in software sales, business development, or inside sales
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Comfortable engaging with executives in mid-market and enterprise organizations
