Job Summary
To support the Sales TIA organization, the full-time Account Development Representative II will proactively generate leads through outreach campaigns, including phone and digital media touchpoints, while working remotely from various cities including Atlanta, Detroit, and Houston.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate first customer interactions to identify sales opportunities and conduct the initial front end of the sales process
- Coordinate internal resources for seamless customer hand-offs and manage inbound sales leads to convert them into qualified opportunities
- Execute outreach Sales Plays through various communication methods to generate interest in products and services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of inside sales experience with small, mid-market, and enterprise business clients
- Experience in growing existing accounts and qualifying new business prospects
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in Outreach preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and open doors at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational skills
