Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist II, responsible for supporting the ABM strategy and driving growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and assist with growth in existing target accounts through personalized outreach
- Document activities and follow standard processes while progressing qualified leads and supporting internal initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development teams to achieve defined KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of inside sales or sales experience required; clinical research organization (CRO) or life sciences experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM database management; Salesforce preferred
- Strong prioritization capabilities and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in conducting research and summarizing data effectively
