Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist II, responsible for supporting the ABM strategy and driving growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and assist with growth in existing target accounts through personalized outreach
  • Document activities and follow standard processes while progressing qualified leads and supporting internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development teams to achieve defined KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales experience required; clinical research organization (CRO) or life sciences experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM database management; Salesforce preferred
  • Strong prioritization capabilities and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in conducting research and summarizing data effectively
