Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist II to support its ABM strategy and drive growth in new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and assist in growing existing target accounts through personalized outreach
  • Document activities and follow standard processes while progressing qualified leads and supporting internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development teams to achieve defined KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales experience required; clinical research organization (CRO) or life sciences experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM database management; Salesforce preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
