Job Summary
To expand the reach of the field sales team, the remote Account Development Specialist will aggressively prospect for new business leads, generate RFPs, and conduct outreach campaigns while collaborating with designated sales representatives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and assist with tradeshow promotions
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in business development or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media tools
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and HubSpot preferred
- Clinical Research or CRO experience preferred
