Job Summary
To expand the reach of the field sales team, the remote Account Development Specialist will aggressively prospect for new business leads, generate RFPs, and conduct outreach through cold calling and social media, all while working full-time in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and assist with RFI management
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, with 2+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using social media tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and HubSpot preferred
- Clinical Research or CRO experience preferred
