Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist II who will support the ABM strategy and contribute to growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and assist with growth in existing target accounts
  • Conduct personalized outreach and document activities to generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities
  • Assist with capabilities meetings, campaign outreach, and internal business initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of inside sales or sales experience required, with preference for clinical research organization (CRO) or life sciences experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM database management, preferably Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
