Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, complex medical publications account, ensuring consistent delivery excellence
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Oversee end-to-end execution of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and related publication assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in medical communications, with expertise in publications strategy, planning, and execution
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing direct reports
• Proven success in client relationship management and account growth
• Strong project and financial management skills, including budget control and forecasting
