Job Summary
Driving business growth, the full-time remote Account Director will develop strategic account plans and manage relationships with high-potential Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) clients while collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for AEC accounts, setting business goals and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to drive sales execution and increase AEC sales volume
- Measure customer performance against goals and manage day-to-day needs of key AEC customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in sales
- Experience handling a quota target of $12M or more
- Significant sales experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industries
- Proven skills in solution selling and account planning
