Job Summary

Driving business growth, the full-time remote Account Director will develop strategic account plans and manage relationships with high-potential Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) clients while collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for AEC accounts, setting business goals and identifying opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to drive sales execution and increase AEC sales volume
  • Measure customer performance against goals and manage day-to-day needs of key AEC customers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in sales
  • Experience handling a quota target of $12M or more
  • Significant sales experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industries
  • Proven skills in solution selling and account planning
