Job Summary
Experienced in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, the full-time Account Director will develop strategic account plans, drive sales execution, and manage key customer relationships remotely from Toronto, Ontario.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for AEC accounts to achieve business goals and drive sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AEC sales volume and manage day-to-day customer needs
- Measure customer performance and identify opportunities to align sales strategies with market conditions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in sales
- Experience handling a quota target of $12M or more
- Proven solution selling skills in the AEC industry
- Familiarity with account plans and sales forecasting
