Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned professional, the full-time remote Account Director or Senior Account Director will drive high-impact storytelling, manage account profitability, and mentor junior PR talent while providing strategic counsel to senior client executives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted lead for high-profile accounts, developing long-term PR plans aligned with client business objectives
- Manage account health, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize team utilization
- Directly manage and inspire team members, establishing professional goals and delivering targeted training
Required qualifications
- For Account Director: 7+ years of PR and marketing experience with significant corporate communications experience
- For Senior Account Director: 10-12+ years of agency or in-house communications marketing experience with global account management experience preferred
- At least two years of experience as a strategic account lead for multiple complex clients
- Deep experience in the Enterprise Tech sector with the ability to translate technical capabilities to a broad audience
- A proven track record of securing Tier-1 national business and industry trade media opportunities
