Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure client program success
  • Manage programs to ensure account satisfaction and operational delivery of objectives
  • Identify account growth opportunities and implement strategies to support client development
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Client Executive, or Program Manager in the contingent workforce or professional services industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University preferred
  • 5-10 years of professional work experience in a Business Development or Account Management role
  • Experience with Salesforce and MSP/VMS preferred
  • Strong understanding of staffing, consulting, or professional services industry
